This is a teaching resource for food, mainly targeted at secondary school students although there is some information for primary school children. This site includes a foodlab, a set of interactive animations which teach the user to investigate taste and analyse the senses. Freely downloadable resources are also provided for teaching purposes, included in these are food images and worksheets. A useful site for teachers.
